Pharm – D (Doctor of Pharmacy) 5-Years Degree Program
The Pharm-D program at Swedish College develops experienced, employed registered pharmacists into effective researchers while providing them with numerous opportunities for community outreach, hands-on training, and research in the field. Through extensive involvement in advocacy projects and the dedication of a highly qualified faculty, College graduates have inspired the pharmacy practice and created positive change that is founded on a commitment to a rigorous and well-rounded education.
Eligibility Criteria:
MCAT/NAT/IUB TEST Min 60% marks (1st Div.) in FSc (Pre-Medical) or Min 60% marks (1st Div.) in BSc
Documents to be submitted:
A candidate, who is eligible for admission, must submit attested copies of the following documents:
- SSC or equivalent foreign qualification certificate (Two copies).
- HSSC or an equivalent foreign qualification certificate (Two copies).
- SSC Result Card (Two copies)
- HSSC Result Card (Two copies)
- CNIC/Form B of the candidate (Two copies).
- CNIC of Father/Spouse/Guardian (one copy).
- Eight Recent Passport Size color Photographs.
- Photocopy of Domicile.
NOTE:
- It does not include the final year project, examination fees, and any traveling fees.
- All documents / transcripts will be checked at the time of admission.
- Any incorrect/false information submitted by the applicant or any attempt to hide information will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
