LASOONA Relief and Development Organization (a national, multi-disciplinary, development focused, non-profit organization established in 1997) \u00a0has implemented a two-year project to enhance climate resilience through awareness-raising and local capacity-building measures in selected union councils of the Rahim Yar Khan and Rajanpur Districts in Punjab province. This project \u201cChanging Minds for Climate Resilience through Awareness Raising and Local Capacity Measures\u201d <\/em>is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and supported by the Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.<\/p>\n

Engr. Dr. Muhammad Rizwan (Associate Professor and Head of Department, Civil Engineering Swedish College of Engineering and Technology, Rahim yar Khan) along with Director QEC attended this workshop on the invitation from Dr. Shahbaz Ali, Project Manager, LASOONA.<\/p>\n
