Pharm – D (Doctor of Pharmacy) 5-Years Degree Program<\/h3>\n

The Pharm-D program at Swedish College develops experienced, employed registered pharmacists into effective researchers while providing them with numerous opportunities for community outreach, hands-on training, and research in the field. Through extensive involvement in advocacy projects and the dedication of a highly qualified faculty, College graduates have inspired the pharmacy practice and created positive change that is founded on a commitment to a rigorous and well-rounded education.<\/p>\n

Eligibility Criteria:<\/h3>\n

MCAT\/NAT\/IUB TEST Min 60% marks (1st Div.) in FSc (Pre-Medical) or Min 60% marks (1st Div.) in BSc<\/p>\n

Documents to be submitted:<\/h3>\n

A candidate, who is eligible for admission, must submit attested copies of the following documents:<\/p>\n

  1. SSC or equivalent foreign qualification certificate (Two copies).<\/li>\n
  2. HSSC or an equivalent foreign qualification certificate (Two copies).<\/li>\n
  3. SSC Result Card (Two copies)<\/li>\n
  4. HSSC Result Card (Two copies)<\/li>\n
  5. CNIC\/Form B of the candidate (Two copies).<\/li>\n
  6. CNIC of Father\/Spouse\/Guardian (one copy).<\/li>\n
  7. Eight Recent Passport Size color Photographs.<\/li>\n
  8. Photocopy of Domicile.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
